AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “Client”) and The 7 Wonders (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the the7wonders.co.in website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

"By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately."

1. Scope of Services

The 7 Wonders operates as a conglomerate providing services in two primary verticals:

Luxury Travel Management: Acting as an intermediary for booking flights, hotels, private charters, and tour packages.
Educational Consultancy (College2U): Providing advisory services for university admissions, career counseling, and application processing.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1. Advance Payments

To secure any reservation (Travel or Education), a non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment for flight tickets and visa fees is required immediately upon confirmation due to the dynamic nature of airline pricing.

2.2. Price Volatility

All prices quoted are subject to change without notice until the booking is confirmed and fully paid. The 7 Wonders is not liable for price hikes implemented by third-party vendors (Airlines/Hotels) prior to ticket issuance.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our liability for refunds is limited strictly to the terms provided by the third-party service provider.

Travel: Refunds are processed only after we receive the amount from the airline/hotel. Service charges levied by The 7 Wonders are non-refundable.
Education: Consultancy fees are for advisory services rendered and are non-refundable, regardless of admission outcomes.

4. User Data & Digital Conduct

By using our digital platforms (including WhatsApp Concierge), you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Refrain from using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Acknowledge that any interaction via our Meta-integrated tools (WhatsApp/Facebook) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

"The 7 Wonders acts solely as an agent. We assume no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour."

We are not responsible for:

Visa rejections by embassies.
Flight cancellations or delays due to weather/technical issues.
Admission rejections by universities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. The 7 Wonders and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of [Your City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
