These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services offered by The 7 Wonders (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Scope of Services
We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, charter/yacht providers, and other travel suppliers for:
- Flights, hotels, cabs, buses
- Visa consultation and assistance
- Cruise, charter and yacht bookings
- Domestic and international holiday packages
1.2 Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the supplier.
- Fares, taxes and availability can change until full payment and confirmation.
- Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation is issued by The 7 Wonders via email/WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for checking accuracy of names, travel dates, destinations and other details before payment.
1.3 Customer Obligations
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal details, including passport and contact information.
- Ensure your passport, visa and other travel documents meet destination requirements.
- Comply with airline, hotel and local authority rules.
- Review all booking details promptly and report discrepancies immediately.
1.4 Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- All cancellations and changes are governed by the fare rules and policies of airlines, hotels and other suppliers.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or may incur heavy change fees.
- Refund timelines typically range from 7–30 working days (airlines) and 7–21 working days (hotels/tours), depending on the supplier and payment processor.
- Our service charges and convenience fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No-shows or late arrivals are usually treated as 100% cancellation by suppliers.
1.5 Visa & Documentation
- Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
- Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable irrespective of approval or rejection.
- The Company is not responsible for losses due to visa delays, rejections, or incorrect/incomplete documentation provided by you.
1.6 Liability Disclaimer
- The 7 Wonders acts as a facilitator and is not the end service provider in most cases.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, baggage loss, accidents, injuries, or service deficiencies caused by third-party suppliers.
- Our total liability, if established by a competent authority, is limited to the total amount paid to us for the specific affected booking.
1.7 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest or supplier operational issues.
